the cut

The Cut is a ground-orientated townhome and garden flat development in East Vancouver. ⁠Situated on the Central Valley Greenway, adjacent from The Drive & Trout Lake.

The brand identity was inspired by the intersection of serenity and excitement, aiming to emphasize the location’s juxtaposition of beauty and grit.

The identity was then translated for the full-scope of the project, including website, presentation centre graphics, business cards, brochures, floorplans, touchscreens, digital ads, email templates, and project hoarding.
